SHIPPING SERVICE & COSTS

• Delivery Coverage: Pan India.

• Free Delivery: For orders above Rs. 1999.

• Shipping Charge: Rs. 160 for orders under Rs. 1999 (inclusive of all taxes).

DELIVERY GUIDE

• 2 -5 Days Delivery: New Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Chennai, Bengaluru.

• 5 - 7 Days Delivery: Other cities in India; remote areas may take longer.

• Processing Time: Orders may take longer during sale and peak periods.

RULES & RESTRICTIONS

• Business Days: Orders processed and delivered from Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

• Delivery Signature: Required for all deliveries.

• Remote Areas: Orders to certain remote areas may be subject to cancellation or additional terms and conditions. Notification will be provided if applicable.

DELIVERY PROBLEMS

• Failed Delivery: Additional attempt the following business day. Second failure results in the parcel being returned and a refund for pre-paid orders.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

• Order Processing: Begins once the purchase is completed. Typically dispatched within 24 -48hours on business days.
